This Warranty/Return Claim Form is to be used to claim on a warranty against defects that may apply to certain products of Ambience Lighting Australia Pty Ltd (“Supplier”). Or if you are returning items that fall in line with Ambience standard terms and conditions.

If there are multiple product types that you are claiming warranty/return on, a separate Warranty/Return Claim Form will need to be filled out for each product type. Once you have completed the form, please submit below (preferred) or alternatively, request a form and post to our office located at 50 Enterprise Drive, Bundoora VIC 3083.

This Warranty Claim Form is subject to the warranty conditions and standard terms and conditions of the Supplier. The definitions in the standard terms and conditions apply to this document. Pursuant to the standard terms and conditions and subject to the Buyer’s rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), the warranty against defects provided by the Supplier under its standard terms and conditions may be invalidated if, among other things: (1) the Buyer fails to read and follow all instruction manuals and instructions; (2) there is improper use, adjustment or operation of the Goods or Services by the Buyer or any third party not engaged by the Supplier; (3) there is continued use of the Goods after a defect becomes apparent; or (4) there is use of accessories or equipment not authorised by the Supplier in writing. By submitting this Warranty Claim Form, you warrant that you are authorised to submit this form on behalf of the abovenamed Buyer and that the Buyer acknowledges receipt of and accepts the warranty conditions and standard terms and conditions. On receipt of this form a member of our team will aim to be in contact within 5 business days.
